It all began with a challenge. After years of running a successful trucking company, our founder Allen, a hardworking dad, grew frustrated with the unpredictable costs and downtime associated with truck repairs.
Determined to take control of both service quality and costs, he made the bold decision to dive into the world of maintenance.
His goal was simple: to streamline operations and ensure that repairs were fast, reliable, and cost-efficient.
Our Philosophy

Dad Daughter Duo
Enter his daughter, Rachel, who had just graduated from Baylor with a Sales & Marketing degree. Eager to learn the ropes, she started working weekends as a dispatcher, handling service calls from start to finish.
But that was just the beginning. Over the next three years, she worked every job in the company, learning the business inside and out. Her journey through the company ultimately led her to become the president—an achievement not only for her but for women in a male-dominated industry.
